Hi I just purchased this fence and installed it. When I set the correction level it doesnt seem to correct my dog. It beeps and that’s it. I set it for level 6, 7, 8nand he recieved no correction just the beeps.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Can I ask you to please call us so we can walk you through setting the collar? Sometimes one little step gets missed and the collar isn’t programmed correctly. Also, the active collar does not function on a level 8. Level 8 is reserved for the hyper collar. Levels 6 and 7 should beep and shock, however. Please give us a call so we can troubleshoot with you. I purchased the Pro Grade fence, I also had an issue once I had it installed and ready to go. I called in and within 2 minutes we were up and going!! Friends have different fence systems but they all complain, not me, very happy at this Time. Just ordered the behavior collars. We have 2, 1 year old F1 bernedoodles about 80 to 90 lbs each and still growing. It only took about a week and a half with the fence, (Trained by Extreme fence recommends), but they learned very fast on one of the lowest settings.
