  1. My son ordered one of these and we would like to know how many collars can you use to connect to it.

    1. Thank you very kindly for your question. You can add as many collars as you would like to the eXtreme Dog Fence® packages. Our underground dog fence will support an unlimited number of dogs. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions you may have.

      The transmitter and collar will retain the settings you program, unless you keep your transmitter unplugged and remove the collar battery for an extended period of time. A few days will be no problem. However, after a month, you’ll likely have to reprogram your settings. If you need professional guidance to reprogram any settings, we are here 7 days per week and more than happy to assist our valued customers. Cheers.

  2. Excellent customer service! Numerous phone calls were made to ask questions. All were returned within 10 minutes by a very friendly knowledgeable employee (Allison). Called back with a problem the following day (Johnny) patiently went through all the troubleshooting steps and said he would send out a new search protector. I asked if he could send out a new collar as well, as I had over tightened the contact and broke it off. Completely my fault! He agreed to include a new collar FREE of
    charge. Thank you for your amazing customer service staff!

  3. Getting ready to purchase a 1,000 ft pro grade system from you all and just have to say that the few times I’ve called for product info or tech questions, your staff have been excellent!
