Ordering Information

Placing an Order Online:

There are advantages to ordering online through our website. It is quick, convenient and secure. Simply select the items you are ready to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you checkout, you can select either credit card, Paypal or Amazon Payments. We are pleased to accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

*Please note that on any international order, your billing and shipping address must be the same.

Options for Payment

We accept your secure, online credit card payment of American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We are pleased to offer PayPal and Amazon payments as well.

Sales Tax

State law requires that sales tax must be collected if you live in Florida, where our headquarters are located.

Confirmation of Your Order

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing your order. Should you not receive confirmation of your order, please check your SPAM filter or junk mail folder. If you still are not able to locate your order confirmation, please contact us at 800-305-6116 or email us at support@extremedogfence.com.

Cancelling or Amending an Order

Should you need to change or cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours has passed, your order can no longer be modified or cancelled without a penalty. To ensure that no additional charges are required, please one of our customer service reps as quickly as you possibly can.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on every item you order. This applies to all orders shipping to the continental United States. With our free ground shipping, your order should arrive in 5-7 business days.

*(Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Our offer for free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii.)

Expedited Shipping Is Available

Should you need your shipment expedited, we do offer expedited shipping options for an extra charge.

FedEx Overnight will get your package delivered by 8PM the next business day.

FedEx 2 Day Air delivers by 8 PM on the second business day

FedEx Express Saver will deliver within 3 business days.

*Note: orders that are received after 2:30 PM EST will ship on the following business day. Please note that federal holidays and weekends are not business days.
