Extreme Dog Fence Returns Policy
At Extreme Dog Fence, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Not only are we committed to offering the finest products at a competitive price, but we also want to ensure that both you and your pet are fully satisfied with the items you have purchased. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, you are able to return your item(s) to us for a store credit or refund, in accordance with the following return policy.
Items May Be Returned Within 30 Days of Purchase
We will accept product returns within their original packaging, which must be in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns that have been authorized are eligible for a refund OR a store credit, MINUS the cost we paid to ship it to you, as well a s an applicable restocking fee.
- All Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being placed.
- Each return must have a Return Authorization Number which is written on the shipping label. This number will be the same as the order number you were given when you placed the order.
- Any merchandise that is returned must be in resalable, brand new condition. This includes the original, manufacturer-sealed packaging, all accessories and the manual.
- Initial shipping charges, as well as return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. This even applies in cases where your order qualified for free shipping. As a result, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for free shipping.
- If you fail to return any free items, or gift with purchase items that came with your order, the full amount of the gift will be deducted from your refund as well.
*If your return fails to meet any or all of the above conditions, your right to return may be denied at the discretion of our returns department.
Restocking Fee Policy
- It is our policy to deduct a 20% restocking fee on all returns of unopened and unused products.
- If the products have been opened and used, we reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking fee. Please note that products that have been opened or used must still remain in saleable condition. Broken or damaged items will not be accepted. Extreme Dog Fence reserves the right to refuse a return if the items have been damaged or abused.
- If we shipped you the wrong item in error, or the package was damaged in shipping, no restocking fee will be charged to you.
If you have decided that you are going to refuse your shipment when it arrives, and your order was legitimately placed by you, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. In addition to this, there will also be a deduction for the shipping cost if we paid for the shipment. If your order was placed out of the country, any additional charges to get the package back to us will also be deducted from your refund. Your credit will be issued as soon as the item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our returns department.
*Please allow 15-30 days for your refund to be processed, and your refund or credit to be issued to you.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
These following items are NOT eligible to be returned under any circumstances:
- Wire, Twisted Wire, Wire Kits
- Wire Break Detector
- Personalized Products
- Call Extreme Dog Fence at 800-305-6116 to obtain your Return Authorization number for your return.
- Print and fill out the “Return Product Form” and send it back with your return. Click HERE for the return form.
- Package your return appropriately. Be certain to write your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of the box you are sending back to us.
- Send your return back to us, via the carrier of your choice. The return can be sent via FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Please make a note of your tracking number. This is advisable because Extreme Dog Fence will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
