Stella & Chewy’s Recall

As of July 2, 2015, Stella and Chewy’s was ordered by the Maryland Department of Agriculture to issue a recall for Chewy’s Chicken Freeze-Dried Dinner Patties for Dogs in 15 oz. bags. This recall was issued because they detected Listeria monocytogenes in this product. The dog food in question came from Lot # 111-15. So far, no one has reported any illness by a dog or human as a result of this contamination.
