Natural Balance® Dog Food Recall
Natural Balance® Pet Foods of Pacoima, California, has issued a recall for its Natural Balance® Sweet Potatoes & Chicken Dry Dog Food on June 8, 2010. The products in question have a “Best By” date of 6/17/11 and are sold in 5- and 28-pound bags. The product was recalled due to potential contamination by the Salmonella bacteria. The affected product includes Natural Balance® 5-lb bags of Sweet Potato & Chicken Dry Dog Formula UPC 72362290004 and 28-lb bags of Sweet Potato & Chicken Dry Dog Formula UPC 723633990028.
